Spring has finally arrived and whenever a new season rolls around, so does another excuse for me to shop and add new clothing pieces into my wardrobe.
This season I am trying to incorporate more color in my wardrobe. I typically reach for classic colors (white, black, neutrals) because I find that building a wardrobe with classic colors and styles allows me to wear those pieces in many different ways. However, Spring is the perfect opportunity to start adding color to my wardrobe and I wanted to share with you some of my favorite color trends for Spring 2021.
If you want to shop any of the items mentioned below, you can click on the image and you will be redirected to that item on the store’s website.
1. Lilac
Lilac is a unique and gorgeous color that I have been seeing a lot of stores begin to carry for Spring. It is a flattering color on everyone and sure to make your outfit stand out!
2. Yellow
I’ve been one to stay away from wearing yellow, however this mellow yellow color is a perfect option for Spring. I definitely will be attempting to add yellow into my wardrobe, plus it is such a happy color.
3. Pink
Since pink is my favorite color, I always love to add some pink into my outfits. There’s so many shades that you definitely can find the shade that suits you perfectly! I personally like wearing light pink.
4. Light Green (Sage, Mint)
Sometimes green can be a hit or miss color. However, I’m currently loving a lighter shade of green like mint or sage. I think you could easily style the sage green color with neutrals.
5. Light Blue
Blue is another one of my favorite colors to actually wear and I think we’ll be seeing a lot of it this Spring. There are plenty of different shades of blue, but I think a lighter blue is perfect for Spring.
If you’re like me and typically stick to neutrals, I’m going to challenge you to try to incorporate some color into your wardrobe this Spring! Find what colors work for you and suit you best and then you’ll be happy you added some color into your wardrobe!
